Digital Downloads
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
- If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital download, please contact us at rnsublimation201@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue.
Physical Purchases (DTF Prints / Sublimation / Tumblers)
- No Refunds: All sales of physical products are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Replacements for Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a damaged product or your order is missing an item, we will gladly replace it. To request a replacement, please provide the following:
- Proof of Purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Clear photos of the damaged product or package showing the missing item(s).
